Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on cardnova.shop by consumers and businesses located in the United States.

2. Order acceptance

A confirmation email does not constitute contractual acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order (with full refund) in the event of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in American francs (USD), American VAT included where applicable. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay via Stripe.

4. Delivery

We ship throughout the United States and Canada. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to mountain regions may take longer.

5. Warranty

All cards include the manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CardNova's total liability for any product-related claim cannot exceed the price paid for that product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by American law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of New York, the United States.
